Constructed using precast concrete sections with texture rendered and painted exterior, incorporating interconnected and earthed steel reinforcements in walls and ceilings. Protection against EMI, lightening, water, storm damage, dust, vandals. Sound & thermal insulation (Site in Dresden, daytime temperature down to -18°C). Server, Equipment, & Generator rooms with independent electronic locking doors. Power, water, & fibre entry from underneath. 400 mm high raised floor in Server & Equipment rooms, loading 500 kg/m² & 1000 kg/m² respectively.

24 hr Generator backup, UPS with 15 min battery, Bypass switchgear ready for N+1 UPS addition, A+B rack distribution.
Cooling
Cold corridor under floor cooling, A/C units with humidifier/heater capability, Free cooling up to 19°C, Redundancy.
Fire Detection/Extinguishing
Ceiling & Under floor smoke detectors, Very Early Smoke Detection system, Environmentally friendly Novec1230 gas suppression system, Heat detection & manual extinguisher in generator room.
Remote Monitoring/Management
Access doors open,closed,locked, Temp, Humidity, Motion, Fire, Water leakage / ingress, device power consumption, MCB /switch positions, overload, UPS, A/C Units, Fire alarm/extinguisher, Fuel, etc.
Security
Online monitored keyless chip card access system, Burglar alarm, Motion Detectors, Video cameras, Central alarm system reporting.
